Here you are; It costs £803! but you can get it for less... The computers is the samsung galaxy s4 apparently at 1.9ghz its the fastest phone. Add fritz / shredder and you should be at 2700 elo i'd guess.
It comes with a DGT board too - but robbie the king has a five pointed star not a cross!

If a strong comp is what you want, go with a desktop comp with a 3 GHz, 4/6 core processor. It would be cheaper as well as stronger.

I must say, gloves off, the arrogance of chess players who think computers rubbish astounds me - my £10 one at 2min per move would be graded higher then you would like to think on here.
I went to Holland a while back and found a chess café - I was very stoned but a kind dutch guy gave me a game and won very easily, looked at me like a bit of a fool, I was 🙂 but I asked him if he liked computers and he said 'no they are rubbish' and I briefly looked at him like an idiot - rubbish are you mad? didn't say that just smiled. But it amazes me how people think they can out calc a calculator - tricking a chess computer with opening tricks is not the same as beating one in an open game. Very few can...
