The “From Gambit” Challenge.

Everybody’s favorite Bird’s Opening (f4) player is back with a new personal challenge.

The story: Every time the topic of the Bird arises, some booked-up know-it-all comes along and says, “The From Gambit”, as if the simple utterance of that 4-syllable phrase is in itself a refutation of the Might Bird. Well, I am here to prove that the Fearsome From Gambit is bupkis.

I am looking for:
10 Games
You rated: 1400+
Time Controls: 3/7 (with the clan leagues starting and a busy work schedule, I will delete anything less, but longer time controls are acceptable)

I play white in all of them (obviously).

For those scratching their heads:
The From Gambit:
1.f4 e5
2.fxe5 d6


So, if you think the Bird sucks, or that the From Gambit is some kind of mystical answer to 1. f4; then bring it on…

I have updated my Challenge Settings accordingly. First come, first defeated.
