There is no skull/rating changes

1. I am playing an unrated game with EmperorAtahualpa, 3 days timeout, 7 days timebank, and his timebank is expired at move 1. Why is there no skull?

2. I have just lost a game to an >1800-rated player, but my rating was 1469 and is still 1469. How big should the rating difference be to avoid losing any points?

1. no skull available until 2 moves [each] have been made. You can delete the game though.
