I would have to decline your offer for clan membership. I am a strong believer in being part of a clan with a strong sense of community,and judging by the way you are trying to recruit highly rated players, shows me this is not the case with your clan, and that does not appeal to me.
Besides to reflect Osse's words I think I would rather have a clan leader with a bit more matureness and integrity than yourself.

You are not only representing yourself, but you are representing your clan and its members.
How are others on RHP going to perceive you and your clan by your actions within the forums.
And what about the international members of RHP who see the leader of the England Rules clan conducting himself in the forums the way you do.So not only are you giving you and your clan a bad name but you are supposed to be representing the namesake of your clan.
So yet another idiot is hellbent on giving England a bad name, so grow up and start portraying yourself as a proper leader that your clan members deserve.

Anyway it's proven that's useless trying to discuss something with admw ( I speak for personal experience),he'll take any constructive criticism as a personal insult,showing that he has many time to mature(he's 15).
I'm surprised to see many good and estabilished players belonging to his clan.......
