Time for Chess and RHP?

I saw this thread on RHP that mentioned timeforchess.com? I was curious even though I'm already a subscriber to RHP, so I went to timeforchess.com. I logged in and I've discovered I'm also a registered member there also, but I've never registered? Is RHP and timeforchess.com the save server and subscription? Strange, but cool!

If it is indeed true then search engines like google can regard it as a form of spamming (& downgrade RHP's rank).
