i have offered my opponent a draw.he has lossed on timeout ,Scull is showing.he has to make one move in 24 hours but now is nearly 12 hours over that time.i would like to claim a win. but my claim keeps getting stopped.what can i do to claim my win.
As I replied to the first post you made the time-out suspension took place to consider the hardships for peole who are technically not able to move.
