tournament vacation settings

This is probably not a new question to a lot of you. I'm playing in a tournament now and from the beginning one player has had his vacation setting on. His time for the game is otherwise expired but I cannot time him out. I was wondering if there is some way to see when his vacation will be over? Of course because I want to time him out for keeping us all waiting. Thanks

i don't like that very much. has there been a vote on this? if not how could one be started?
