i thought if you did not move in a tournament with a 7 day t/o ,you got an extra day then you were automatically timed out ,i am playing in a tournament and my opponent hasn't moved since the 19th

The automatic timeout, if I remember correctly, should kick in two days after the TO date has passed.

[edit:] With some of the bigger tournaments destined to run for years because of some very slow players, I' wouldn't mind seeing the automatic timeout kick in immediately. In any case, I think that two days is too much.

if that is the case ,then the automatic t/o should have kicked in on the28th ,but it still hasn't

Automatic timeouts work yes, but only if the God of this site looks to find them.
