don't listen to that. it's an official draw. offer draw, if he doesn't accept, click "claim draw" button.

whomever got the first lone king wins if his king can sommersault over the opponent's queen whilst mounted on a knight upside down. If this fails then the next lone king gets a turn. When no one is able to do this after three tries then it's a draw. Of course it's a draw! Insufficient mating material. By rule it is always a draw and the website immediately declares the game ended. A draw does not have to be offered.

Yeah I thought the site would automatically end it a draw. But you guys played enough moves with only kings on the board! I guess someone has to claim it or you could have a never ending game.

How do you end the game? Here are a few ideas: 1. You and your opponent can discuss your sexual problems. 2. You can admit your willingness to submit to a whip wielding dominatrix. 3. You two can go on a picnic and knit lace doilies. 4. You can ponder the psycholoical problems faced by swine. or........5. You can read the rules of chess, and discover (much to your suprise) that 2 lone kings on the board constitute a draw, and the game is over.🙄

why doesn't the RHP programs automatically draw any game where there's insufficient material for either side to win? -- it's not a case like in "three repeated positions" where one side has to recognize what happened and claim the draw, it simply IS a draw.

A draw that must be claimed. Because of the skull factor, one side could still lose on time or quit when looking at K v K+B, hopefully not more than once. 😛

had a guy play 20 or so moves against me with K+N+N v. K (I was K). He refused my draw offers. I know it is rude to offer more than once, but after 10 more moves, I did. Eventually he offered me a draw of course.

Ugh, that would have taken forever to reach the 50 move limit... He probably finally realized it's impossible to obtain checkmate with just two knights.

This has been suggested. It would be easy enough to program. The site owner has not committed to make the change, though.

This position is a draw according to "Lack of Force Rule"
