If I resume my playing and start a game of two in near future (with pretty long time controls) I will probably play at 1700+ level. And my rating is 995. Eh, who will play with me ? It would not be fair.. If I challenge 1600+ player, if he win, he gets 0 points for that, if I win he losses 32 points.. Stupid really..

P.S. where you have already been at 1650, it probably wouldn't come as a big shock to anyone that you would reach 1700 + !! In my eyes, it just made it look like you were Sandbagging to be perfectly honest with you!!!

I won't start any tournaments, it is too addicting and time consuming to play dozens of tournaments and clan games (at least for me, of course), that is why I resigned in the first place...
