I'm beating a guy who now only moves every three days, last gasp before his time runs out. I resigned our other game between us at a fair point. Don't get me wrong, I've offered a draw in this game on many occasions, but no more!

It isn't your opponent's fault, you just need to adjust the game setting you want to play.

Certainly Grandmasters have missed forced mates in 3 or 2 even.
Should their opponents have resigned?
