I like the glass one 🙂

This set is called the 'Paxman' and the Knight comes with a fine mane of hair. 🙂

I had a glass set at university. It was difficult to distinguish between the board squares. I also didn't like the feel of the pieces. I like a nice traditional design, but the crochet set looked fun.

I wonder why they only chose to embellish the knights for the Paxman.

Stand up set hanging on the wall is very cool but it needs to be square, that elongated shape is a deal breaker.

Stand up set very cool. Great idea for being able to ponder a chess problem or position casually over time. Wonder if anyone make these, or would you have to make it yourself/ have one made for you.

Can see why they went with the elongated board too, with pieces being taller than they are wide, unlike on a traditional flat board.
