1.Nf3 f5 0-1 😉
I'm really tired right now, but maybe just retreat the bishop to b6 after queen exchange. no reason to let white activate his cramped pieces as happened. him untangling them should buy you the time to activate your rooks first, and maybe then exchange a couple of pieces, as you can force a passer on the queenside. now he just penetrated for free, and 'all rook endings are drawn'.

I just finished a pretty interesting game for me, in which I was slightly better, but couldn't find any way to win, and the game ended in a draw...
would you have any suggestions? I am Black.
maybe 29. ... f5 would have been better. but except this, do you see anything?

35...Rd2! 36.Rf2 Ree2! followed by rook exchange and 38.Kg1 Rb2! and Black has an advantage.
Black has a better position due the proximity to the d-file White pawn. White King is further and Black passed pawn is on b-file, so this would be your improvement.
