If you want my opinion on the position at the end of the sequence given in the first post here I'd say Black looks good to me,but I don't think White is any worse so probably equal.

While it resembles other openings mentioned, I odn't think it has a name.
Also, I cannot find in any database where the move c3 was played in response to c5. The more nomal move seems to be B-b5+
EDIT: I take it back, there is one game and it continued:

black went on to win...the only win for black that comes from the position you describe after black's 7th.
