Never stop studying tactics.
And every now and then get the crap beaten out of you. That'll keep you hungry for improvement. 🙂
A good chess player is kind to animals, to other human beings, and prays more than he or she preys.
If you wish to be good at chess, you need talent and lots of hard work. Study endgames, and the classics first. The first volume of Garry Kasparov, My Great Predecessors is excellent training material.
