What would you play?

Ok, so this was an OTB game I played tonight. Not of the highest class, I'll admit, but it reached this position. White played 1.Rxh6.

I was wondering if anyone could do better than 1...f4+ and drawing the game.

Pls elaborate on what u said..how is it a draw after 1..f4?
