I was looking at the same thing too. at the end, white should have 3 pawns + piece for the rook if I'm correct.

That would be a gross blunder because of 3.Rd2.
e.g.
3. Rd2 Qxd2
4. Qxe5+ Kh6
5. Qf4+ Kh5
6. Be2+ etc
I keep trying to play the Rd2 sac in the other lines, but I can't find anything which works.
I think the simple exchange sac must be the answer. White doesn't have a forced win, but all his pieces are wonderfully placed (his remaining rook will end up on d7).
