Im playing in a tournament (1 round every friday) and my next opponent plays the scandinavian defence. Whats the most aggresive/non solid system against it?

Does he/she play the scandi with 2...,Qxd5 or 2....,Nf6,that's pretty vital information.
I don't really know any theory on it,when I face it OTB,I just try to wing it,harrass the queen a bit and develop quickly.
But this may be of intrest to you:

Refusing the gambit. Not much theory on it,or so they say.Might be what you're looking for 🙂
I'm not a 1.e4 player, but the guy who plays on the board next to me in my league team plays the Scandinavian.
I once watched an interesting game which went 1.e4 d5; 2.ed Qd5; 3. Nc3 Qa5; 4.b4 Qb4; 5.Rb1
You sac a pawn to get some quick development and hopefully kick the queen about the place.
Don't know if its sound, don't know what its called, but white got a decent game.

That was my most recent effort against the Scandinavian... I have more materials that I gathered during the course of it...

I believe that by flipping through a proficient openings manual you can get down to the rock-solid lines of the Scandi that will offer you a slight advantage against your opponent. For instance, against that gambit variation:
1.e4 d5 2.exd5 Nf6 3.Bb5+ Bd7 4.Bc4
I try to keep the pawn and like it when Black has to prove me wrong...
It is not popular and less known than the line that gives back the pawn right away.
But honestly... There is no need to get crazy against the Scandi and, imho, it is much better to play principled solid lines...
Originally posted by SirLoseALotI thought I needed to clarify, the Scandinavian is with the Nf6 and Qxd5 is the main line for the Center counter defense.
