Does anyone know a place I could quickly search certain positions, like opening lines (for instance, by pasting just the PGN's) and it'd give me the games. Is there an online, free place I could do this?

And lastly, it'd be great if it could search by players too. Like searching what Kramnik responded to after pasting the first 5 moves, etc.

Thanks

kramnik.com has a good database of kramnik games you can download, then you can make any operations on it with database programs like scid, chessdb etc.

for rubbish chess, i.e non-kramnik games, you can always use sites like 365chess.com. 🙂

I wish I had said that.

Chess Informant Expert has search capabilities. You can download an old version free from http://www.sahovski.com/ and also buy The Best of Chess Informant: Vladimir Kramnik there.
