One of the most important opening principles it that one should not move the queen too early. However, where should I place it after developing my pieces? The Knight on f3 prevents her from going to kingside, while most of the time the b3 square is unbenefitial as most of the time she only watches the whole game from there. Any suggestions?

And let's not forget the Center-Counter, an opening which violates two opening principles: Don't bring your Queen out early, and don't move the same piece twice in the opening. However, it is alright to violate these principles if you gain a tactical or positional advantage.
