Rxf5 followed by Qxh6 seems to win, taking the queen with either the pawn or the king both seem to lead to mate (not taking it is mate on the spot with Nf6 mate), but I just had a quick glance so don't judge me when my suggestion is totally idiotic 😛
EDIT (after taking a closer look)
1. Rxf5+! exf5 2. Qxh6!!
2...Kxh6 3. Rh1+ Kg6 4. Kf4!! threatening Bh5+, followed by Bxf7# or Bf7#, which can't be stopped (no saving moves). I am not really sure on this variation though, maybe I missed something?
2...gxh6 3. Nf6+ Kh8 4. Rg8#
2...Kg8 3. Nf6#

Yes, I should have continued that variation for a little bit, nice puzzle anyway, one of your own games?
This is btw possibly one of the nicest examples I have seen showing the attacking power of an opposite coloured bishop in the middle game, just attack on the light squares.
And if I had played it then it would have been on the cover
of Rampant Chess in gold.
('A Gossip' - does anyone know what I mean when I say a 'A Gossip' ).
Looks composed as everthing just clicks, I'll run it through my DB
when I'm on the othr box later on today.
Feeling I've seen it before as the Rh8 idea came awafully quick.
(maybe I'm just good). 🙂
