Hi, you are going past my point again, you are basically claiming that you would have a higher rating, here or on any other correspondence site, if you would actually treat the games like correspondence chess instead of OTB chess which is the ONLY REAL CHESS!!~!!11!! You drew an NM there? Good for you, not bad, but that has nothing to do with the topic. Did you treat the game like a correspondence game or not? It's as if you say you would have won, had you put more time and effort in it. So that's why I say excuses 😛 (not you in particular)
edit: there is really no way to treat a game on a site RHP like "OTB chess", by the way, two different worlds, Internet chess and real chess, so it is really just making up excuses for taking less time than you should and being less thorough... than you should 😛

Show me where I claim I would have a higher rating under any circumstances. I thought I pointed out I could have a higher OR lower rating on this specific site because there simply weren't enough games for a valid rating.
However, on another site it indicates that I would have a quite substantial higher rating. Once again all my point was my chess.com rating is more accurate(of course everyones rating there is higher than their probable true strength). You made the I am better than you neener neener neener comment(on account of my about 10 games on here). I was simply pointing out that according to a pretty substantial amount of games on another CORRESPONDENCE site seems to indicate that you shouldn't be making such comments(once again, in fact, making the draw against the NM very relevant to the point).
More time and effort? When I say I treat it like an otb game I simply mean if I touch a piece I move it, I don't use an analyze board, I don't use a book to look up openings or endgame books to finish off a game. Obviously I am not sitting across from an opponent. But, considering I can't always be sitting accross from someone, then being able to have a board an opponent and calculate a position out in my head and make a clear plan is pretty damn close to an otb game and certainly helps the calculation and planning aspect of my game(on the go).

oh, everyone should agree that CC is different than OTB. I guess that is the reason it was given a different name and other tournaments and ratings in the first place. There is no need to offend one player of chess by saying that his time-controle method is inferior. Some prefere OTB, some CC, some blitz. Does it matter?
