Why can't I castle?

I can't castle. I seem to fill the requirements listed in the site Help section but when I try the castling move, nothing happens. Am I missing something here?

Maybe you are in check. Maybe your king passes a square which is being attacked, or maybe your king has moved or maybe you don't know how it works. The only thing you have to do is move the king. Stay of the rook.

you are lucky that you weren't allowed to castle or your opponent may have eaten your king !!!

Well, like I said, I've read the requirements in the Help section and as far as I can tell, I do meet them all. When I move to castle on the Queenside I move my King two spaces toward the castle and the King moves but the Castle just stays put. I have not moved either piece earlier and the King is not in check and none of the spaces are under attack. What else could I be missing?

flexmore, You've got the wrong game. Not 454062, but 478070. Thanks

have you tried clicking on move after moving your king? (the castle doesn't move until the move is entered)

tejo, you were quit right. All I had to do is click on "move" and the castle move was automatic. All this time I expected the move to be completed before I pressed that "move" button. Thank you, Tim
