I´m thinking ...Nxd3 18. Qxd3 Qxb2

Certainly not enough to give the game up for at our level, but materially he´d be down a little and have a broken pawn structure with less active pieces...

After this, white is losing, but not by enough to resign, in my opinion. You never know when an opponent might blunder away his advantage.
