I'm familiar with the first two volumes of the Fred Reinfeld series, Botvinnik the Invincible and Nimzovich the Hypermodern. But was there a third book? In the back of my copy of the Nimzovich book it lists "Paul Morphy, King of Chess" as a third book. Does anyone know if this book was ever published? I've been unable to find any information on it.
