Seems to me that your first set of moves were very unusual while your opponent's was quite sound. Later on the game got very messy. I don't think either side played like a GM.

Maybe a drunk GM.

He probably was surprised by your awkward opening, and handled it poorly as a result, but once he got his footing he played as usual and regained composure.
