??!
I am not trying to substitute it, for me remains the best for various reasons. But that doesn't mean I am blind and that I won't share some good sites on chess forum. It is a little bit different TYPE of site so the two sites aren't direct rivals I guess.
And, I am not trying to advertise anything for my own good. I DO NOT own that other website 😕
Dear rubberjaw, did I deserve this kind of insulting? I didn't do anything wrong or illegal (otherwise I would be banned) on RHP so there is no need for bad or rude words in my direction. Do I insult you? No, because I am here to play chess and talk. If people would learn that, forums would be such nice place for talking, sharing experiences etc.
Be polite, it's cool 😀
Thanks
lol...there is no arguement....but no site compares to rhp...not even close.
rhp is so user friendly even kids who never used a computer can figure it out....it's the lay out that is great.
other sites have way too much text.
and i'm surprised this thread is still here....yesturday or the day before someone else put a thread like this up and it got erased...
Originally posted by ivan2908I have to disagree. RHP is so streamlined, so well and clearly designed, it is always uncluttered and easy to figure out where I want to go and how to get there, and how to do most things. On the rare occasions when I need assistance in using the site, answers are (usually) easily and quickly obtainable in the Help forum. I have never yet had to use the feedback feature to query the site administrators. This is not to say that bugs don't occur -- I have seen discussions of them -- but the bug report process seems quite open and public and as a result the admins usually reply quickly (and publicly) that they are on the case.
Finally I found chess site besides RHP which looks at least near as good 😀
