I've got

3/4 of a circle of radius 6', plus
1/4 of a circle of radius 1', plus
1/4 of a circle of radius 2'.

The small circles are where he turns the corner and continues grazing.

π(6)² * 3/4 + π/4 + π ≈ 88.75 ft²
