A submarine or some other sort of navy ship?

"A Seabee, full of molasses fermeted" would be a sailor drunk on Rum.

"Carbon and Iron Oxide demented" would be the rusting hull of a sub/ship.

I can't think of a specific event or ship you're thinking of though.
