bouillabaisse - noun: French fish soup.

bouillon - noun: French beef soup

So boullabaisse was a legal move and bass (being a fish) seems quite a legal response.

when i posted, "bouillabaises" was the word of choice and i chose "bouillon". then i come back and see that "bass" was added from the former!
oh well...
the best i can get from "libations" is liverwurst.
