A game from playchess.com earlier this evening. After four beers my play had deteriorated somewhat and after a dreadful French Defence where I dropped a pawn early on I reached the following position after 34. ... b3 35. a3:

Yep, that's what happened. Qxa3+ was easy to find, but I was pleased to find the underpromotion to force mate rather than automatically getting my queen back.
