    So, you have to send within ten minutes important formal letter and your SPACE button doesn't work. How will you make breaks between words?!

    set tabs really close and use tab key after every word

    You mean like writing it on a piece of paper... good thinking, then the space button is irrelevant. And nice trying to down someone's good idea.

    I am not trying to down someones Idea its an honest question and there are other word proccesors besides Microsoft.

    Copy a space character from some other document and paste it as needed.

    That'll work in any Windows application.

    If they're using a different operating system, then that's a problem. But there's probably an equivalent.

    and if you magically don't have that, the character map (assuming windows environment) is your friend.
