My answer was correct until you added Charles Laughton, but Charles Laughton did appear on 'the tonight show when it was hosted by Jack Parr, so I'll amend my answer to " they all appeared as guests on " The Tonight Show " Good enough ?

No. It's a much smaller group.

So there must be two answers then, because all of those mentioned did appear at some stage on "The Tonight Show". Not a very well constructed puzzle if there is more than one answer that meets the criteria. Or are you being "disingenuous" as well ...?

No. This was your second guess

They all have statues in Tavistock Square., London. Also known as Parliament Square.

Firstly they do not all have statues in Tavistock Square.
Secondly Tavistock Square is not also known as Parliament Square.

This is your last lesson, I will be ignoring your petulance in future.

Excellent. Lets hope we have no more of your disingenuous puzzles as well, which are essentially plain rubbish.

Pray tell then, what 'small group' comprises the aforementioned, other than their appearances on 'the tonight show'. ??

Guests on The Tonight Show cannot be defined as a small group. We're still looking for the correct answer.

If you can't solve the puzzle, stop harassing other players and go somewhere else.

I have solved the puzzle - my answer meet all the criteria until you added ' small group ' I'm not harassing anyone just pointing out that your puzzle is flawed, much like your tag mate - Mr. Disingenuous. I will try to find another answer ......

I think I've found another answer - although it's hardly a 'small' group - they were all recipients of a Grammy award for ' Best Spoken Word' Album ...? 😏

I did not add "small group." You specified guests appearing on The Tonight Show,
a group that could number in the thousands. I said it is "a much smaller group."

Smaller, not small.

Gee, I do wonder just how many people have received a Grammy award since its inception ?? - but you've made your point.
