Well, I came up with one that hits 4.5 billion, but I would be embarrassed to post it because I think it is far too much of a stretch to actually call it a "first name".

well I think you should still submit your answer, in lateral thinking sometimes the crazy or insane answers may lead to the right solution🙂

But "the" isn't really a name is it ? The name that I' am think of is fairly common name.

1) its a female name
