    For 4, you'd need 4 alike numbers beforehand. Any example of this (say, 1111) would not be written as 11 then 11 but as 21. For any number greater than 3, there is the necessary for having two alike groups of numbers which have been written incorrectly. Thus, the highest number possible is 3.
