The Answer is simple: (3) D3 for starters to protect my E4 pawn as well as release my dark squared Bishop. My next move is Bh6 followed up by trading off queen and Bishop for q ...[text shortened]... in mind that I'm up a whole Rook and pawn, which is more that enough to head into the endgame.
The question mark after the word "trapped" should have clued you in to the idea that he was not that sure about it. Furthermore, you could have read the rest of the thread and discovered that the idea of 5.d3 and 6.Bh6 had already been given.

    No I dont "truly believe".

I gave the position a quick look because thats all it deserves .. surely both players have to be sub 1200 to arrive at sucha position .. exhaustive analysis is futile!

And why do people have to be so aggrsesive in these fora?

We used to have this dog that loved to lick himself for several minutes straight. Right in front of everyone. The really great part was watching people's reactions.
He's going to lick himself raw!
    -Pastor's son

He's just cleaning himself. It's natural.

This position is shown on a website called ChessOps (http://www.eudesign.com/chessops/esch-02b.htm). It's a nice interactive simulation...

I would not recommend this website to anyone. Here's another of their 'puzzles':

What is the point value of the pieces on the board?

They think a Bishop is worth 3.25 points, so they give 15 as the answer. 🙄

Wow. Infinite. Sounds big. Is that more than 100? 😛
