Rating math problem

I am not in a club. They are from chess club in near country. And in my town there is pretty strong chess club, but they are not very happy with newcomers, at least I get this impression so I newer went back. 🙁

However, next your I am going to Helsinki for studies, maybe I will have more luck there...
