Its not any easier here than it was in the general section My guess:onegry. I wish I had a dictionary in front of me

I thought I would get a faster response in this section after i was told that this section existed. I did not read past general posts. This is a tough one, but the answer will truly makeyou kick yourself...

i'm just nit-picking here-but if there are 3 of them and 1 is angry, and the other is hungry -- well, that doesn't make sense as you are implying that hungry is the only remaining answer, yet there is another one...sorry-i'm just kinda bored just now...

    Higry pigry: a purgative drug
    Iggry: Hurry up!
Magry or maugry or mawgry: Ill-will, displeasure from one person to another
    Nangry: Obsolete form of angry
    Podagry: gout
Puggry: variation of puggaree, Indian turban
    Skugry: secrecy

Well MASSIMO? Is the answer, as some have suggested, hungry? Please say yea or nay so I might reduce the psychosis induced from this riddle.

Well, wouldn't you believe it. GRY is indeed a word. Gry means:

A measure equal to one tenth of a line.

You learn something new every day.
