Remove the 's' from seven and the 'el' from eleven.

I looked at the other puzzle and discovered two clues that can be found in "Done With Ease", but I could only find them after (not before) solving the puzzle.

Ease begins and ends with the letter 'e', and if you say the word outloud it sounds like E's...
