Erm...the distance to the horizon has nothing to do with it, as it is a function of the observer's height. The truck would only have to be curved because 60 miles is a sufficiently large fraction of the Earth's diameter so that the truck would have motive problems otherwise.

Cool truck... let's see... to the south is the continental divide at 12000 ft elevation, to the east is brider mountains at 12500 , west is caribou mts. at 10000 ft, and north into idaho lies the bitter-roots at about 9600 feet elevation. 30 mile valley, bounded by 3000 meter mountains, and a 60 mile long truck... i got a head ache here just thinking of the jack job on that poor mama truck... Large ground clearance indeed!😀

🙂 Luckily the axles don't have to be very high off the ground, so it can still have standard wheels.
