The Marbles Puzzle.

There are fifty bags of marbles. Each bag contains 100 marbles. In 49 of the bags, each marble weighs 1 gram. In one of the bags, each marble weighs 1.01 grams. You are allowed to make one weighing on a set of digital scales, accurate to the nearest hundredth of a gram. How do you determine which bag contains the heavier marbles???

For n = 1 to 50, take n marbles out of bag n, and weigh them.

The excess weight will tell you the bag number with the heavier marbles.
