There's a man in a prison. The prison has four walls, which all join together with a ceiling and a floor. Inside the room is a table with some bread and a knife on it. How does he escape?

The four walls are set in the shape of a pentagon. Unfortunately a pentagon is supposed to have FIVE sides, so one is missing! The man walks out. He eats the bread for energy and kills any guard he sees with the knife.

Does he use the knife to fashion a crude key out of bread?
