when your opponent has not moved in three days, is it possible to claim win? If so, how to do that?

If there's a little gold skull there, click it and you can claim a win due to your opponent not moving in the set time period.
If it's not there, then the set time period hasn't expired yet.
Click the 'Info' link for the game and it should tell you how much time is left until you can claim the win.
