I've no idea what a reaper or a globemaster is.
I'm guessing a reaper is a bird,a globemaster a plane of some sort and a blackbird a motor car?

Considering Blackbirds are obsolete and the drones are not, I suspect it's a fortified aircraft storage facility or museum on an air force base somewhere.
