Oh, you're right. I didn't see that. 😳

Wait, I set it up wrong. Sorry. 😳

Here's the correct position:

[fen]8/8/8/3B4/4b2p/3N1p1p/5K1p/7k w - - 0 1[/fen]

White to move and mate in 3.
1.Ba8! Bxa8 2.Kf1 ~ 3.Nf2#
or 1...Bh7 2.Bxf3#
or 1...Bb7 2.Kf1 with Nf2/Bxf3 next

Quiet moves face the difficulty of ...Nf3+ (spite check to delay) followed by ...c6 or ...Bxd8, gaining another escape square.

1.Ba4+ Kc4! and White can't keep the King out of d3. (2.Kd2 Nf3+)
1.c4+ Kxd4 and d4 falls next. No mate here.

Please check the position.

Ah, thought so. Then the win is

1. Ba4+ Kxa4
2. b3+ Kb5
3. c4#

or

1. ... Kc4
2. Bb3+ Kb5
3. c4#
