my first a religius sign, shortend, and turned a bit
My second to be small, fat and black
my third often used as slang for bonjour
my last goes bingely-beep

now take the first two and chop of a bit
all save the very first brief

and put them together and SAY what i have
(because i'm not sure i spelled it all wright!)
