The title of this links is highly misleading to me because it says "Oldest human DNA discovered" which I would naturally automatically assume to mean DNA of species of human but then clearly indicates it is not talking about our humans at all but rather a different species that is merely closely related to us.

I wasn't misled. I understood humans 400,000 years ago were similar but not exactly like us...well except for maybe RJHinds.
