The Antikythera mechanism uncovered in an ancient shipwreck in the year 1900 has been decipered by modern technology, amazing video, my mouth was hanging open watching the technology doing it and the mechanism itself.

Did you watch the video? It showed the process of 3D X ray imaging of the mechanism and finding out its design and tiny Greek inscriptions all buried inside thousands of years of decay. It showed also this master instrument maker who made a similar instrument that was from 1500 years later and showed that the Antikethera device was a direct engineering ancestor of that later device, and he is building a duplicate of the Antikethera mechanism.
It's an incredible video in my opinion.
