A lab in Cambridge has developed a way to generate hydrogen fuel from plastic waste. It is cheap to make, cheap to operate, and scaleable.

I just hope the fossil fuel industry doesn't bury it.

Isn't there a cyclone of plastic bits in the ocean, so 20 million tons of it? Looks like a great deal, boats go out and grab the raw material turns into fuel and that much less crap in the ocian.

This is big. Recycling centers could start making a lot of money by being fuel sources. Bidding wars for used plastic could happen, if the fuel is efficient enough.
