Flexible electronics has a heat problem because they don't conduct heat as well as silicon so they had to design with heat dissipation in mind using carbon nanotubes in this design, 100 Ghz is 100,000 megahertz, you can see if we can utilize the 100 Ghz band there would be a lot more bandwidth to transmit data and making it flexible means wearable electronics will be coming out also, but running at 100 Ghz where an entirely new set of transmitters and receivers will need to be developed to use these features.
